Open Breathly → Settings (gear icon) → Profile. You can view your quit date there. To change it, you may need to reset your journey from Profile (this clears your progress and lets you start fresh with a new date).I had a setback. How do I log it?
On the Home screen, tap “I had a setback” (or similar). The app will let you restart your count. Your previous progress isn’t lost—you’re just adjusting your quit date. You’ve got this.How do I turn on daily reminders or motivational messages?
Go to Settings → Notifications. Turn on “Enable Daily Reminders” and/or “Enable Motivational Messages.” The app will ask for notification permission if it hasn’t already. You can set your preferred reminder time in the same screen.Where is my data stored?
All your data (quit date, progress, profile) is stored only on your device. We don’t send it to our servers. If you delete the app or restore your device without a backup, that data can’t be recovered.The app is missing my progress after an update or reinstall.
Breathly doesn’t use an account or cloud backup. Data is stored locally. If you restored your device from a backup that included the app data, it may come back. Otherwise, we don’t have access to your data and can’t restore it.How do I delete my data?
